Pyrite - Trimouns quarry, Luzenac, Ariège, France
Crystals of octahedral pyrite with curved faces typical of the talc quarry of Luzenac in Trimouns (Ariège). The pyrite is bright and in excellent condition. Some uncrystallized quartz is present at the back of the piece.
