This beautiful macle of Pyrite rests on its pedestal composed of Cristal de Roche and small Pyrite octahedrons. This magnificent aerial specimen is just waiting to be placed next to other collector's items. Caution, brilliance and shine are the order of the day.
Quality Pyrite sensational !!! The edges of the octahedra of remarkable brilliance, are chamfered. Some of pyrites found in this pocket are associated with the sphalerite, of Rock Crystal and sometimes small Galena crystallized into balls and "put" on the facets. As always, the Pyrite is difficult to photograph, and rendering does not do them honor. Mineralogy TOP !!
