Fluorite, Le Beix, Puy de Dôme (63)
Superb piece from the Beix mine. The main cube measures 5.3cm. Its stepped and stepped structure is interesting. The sky blue color is very pleasant. 3 other cubes are placed on the main cube while being separated by quartz blades. This fluorite-piercing quartz blade structure is typical of Beix. The partial oxidation of quartz gives a plus to this piece. Smaller cubes have good transparency. A recrystallization in yellowish fluorite is noted on an entire side of the main cube. this covering is also typical of certain pockets at the Beix mine. Little breakage to note on the whole of the piece and few cleavages. it's a good level pebble!
