BARYTE - Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Oshikoto, Namibia
Historical specimen discovered on 6 April 1986 in the Tsumeb mine in Namibia. The barium is a rare mineral in the Tsumeb mine, often oxidized. Here the crystals present a beautiful luster, the color is brown-orange and are on black gangue that gives a nice contrast of color.
