SILVER (NATIVE AMALGAM) and FERRILOTHARMEYERITE on CUPROADAMITE and TSUMCORITE - Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Oshikoto, Namibia
There are several rare minerals on this piece, starting with the native amalgam (silver) in the form of octahedra, then ferrilotharmeyerite in the form of small yellow spherules, and the tsumcorite which is in the form of small orange crystals; All on green cuproadamite. This specimen was discovered on September 7, 1991 in the famous Tsumeb mine in Namibia. Superb quality piece with rare mineral associations.
