HALITE on GYPSUM - Salinas de Otuma, Paracas, Pisco, Ica, Peru
Set of white Halite cubes on large Gypsum honey crystal typical from Peru. There are one crystal of Gypsum on the front of the piece that have been glued back together. The specimen is complete but has undergone a repair. Nice reaction to UV for the Halite which become electric red.
