Fluorite and barite - Bergmännisch Glück mine, Germany
Rare floating piece composed of fluorite and barite from the Bergmännisch Glück mine in Germany. The crystals have a nice amber yellow color and a superb blue and purple zoning highlighted by backlighting, depending on the angles. The barite, golden in color and elongated at the "whistle" end, reacts yellow to long UVs while the fluorite takes on a beautiful purple color.
