Fluorite and quartz - Choir area, Gobi desert, Mongolia
Floating piece composed of translucent and brilliant blue/green fluorite cubes, in excellent condition, associated with orange microquartz (color given by iron oxides). Under long UVs, some fluorite cubes take on a blue color while for others it is the core that fluoresces in yellow / orange.
