Demantoid garnet - Belqeys Mountain, Takab, Persia/Iran
Group of three demantoid garnets on matrix with some amorphous calcite. The piece is small, but the garnets are in perfect condition (although the upper one is incomplete at the back). Their color and luster are typical of good quality garnets from this locality.
