Smithsonite on cerussite - Tsumeb, Namibia
Cerusite of important size (and weight!), colorless to yellow, with adamantine luster and showing several macles. It is partially covered with numerous rhombohedral smithsonite crystals, also colorless and brilliant. One will also note the presence of some touches of a blue mineral which one supposes visually to be linarite. In spite of a lack at the back, it is a piece of an excellent level from the mythical mine of Tsumeb in Namibia, closed since 1996.
