    From the Mâlain mine in Burgundy, France, this piece highlights an orange gypsum nodule. The nodule is freed from its matrix and polished.
    This mine, inaccessible today, contains rare nodule gypsum formations and white radial gypsum caught in clayey marls.
    This 409 gram specimen measures 10.6 cm wide by 6.5 cm high and 6 cm thick.
