Apophyllite, Pune, India, 151 grams

A beautiful, bright, and transparent apophyllite, the largest crystal of which is doubly terminated, contrasted by a blue-gray matrix. Note the discreet presence of a single stilbite crystal.

This specimen was discovered in Pune, in the Maharashtra region of India.

This specimen measures 8.5 x 5.9 x 4 cm.

The weight of this specimen is 151 grams.
