This specimen comes from an old systematic collection originating in Italy. Although the collection is mainly focused on zeolites, it also includes other types of minerals. The collector, passionate and curious, has himself prospected in various regions, including the Flinders Islands in Australia. The original, carefully preserved old label will be provided with the specimen, adding historical value to this unique piece. The Levyne and the Gobbinsite, two very rare Zeolite species on the same specimen from Northern Ireland. What is indicated by the red arrows is the Gobbinsite, the Levyne is the white tabular crystals nestled in the heart of the piece.
